Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, and services offered by Yuzu Labs ("Yuzu," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Yuzu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Yuzu on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that puts the service, other customers, or third parties at risk.
Customer data and integrations
Yuzu lets customers connect business systems such as CRMs, call recorders, notetakers, calendars, email, and storage providers. When you connect those systems, you authorize Yuzu to access and process the records needed to provide the requested features, including call recordings, transcripts, emails, notes, deal metadata, contacts, account information, and generated outputs.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share that information with Yuzu, including any required notices to or consents from participants in recorded conversations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Yuzu. That includes not interfering with the service, not attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, not using Yuzu to violate any law or third-party right, not reverse engineering the service except where permitted by law, and not using Yuzu to send spam, malware, or harmful content.
Generated content
Yuzu produces outputs such as summaries, follow-up drafts, deal intelligence, and videos based on the inputs and context you provide. Generated outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to act on, share, or send any output before it leaves Yuzu.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed on the cadence stated at checkout or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Trial or beta features may be offered at our discretion, may change or end at any time, and are provided on an as-is basis without service commitments.
Intellectual property
Yuzu and its underlying software, designs, and brand assets are owned by Yuzu Labs and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the service as permitted. You retain your rights in the data you submit to Yuzu and in the generated outputs produced from it, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate and improve the service.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party's non-public information that is shared in connection with Yuzu, to use it only to perform under these Terms, and to disclose it only to people who need to know and are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.
Disclaimers
Yuzu is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated outputs will be accurate or fit any specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuzu Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to these Terms or the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Yuzu in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.
Termination
You may stop using Yuzu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required for legal, security, or operational reasons, or if your plan ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those covering customer data ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the product and our practices evolve. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Yuzu after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or another agreed dispute-resolution process.
