Welcome to Yuzu Labs, operated by Citron Labs Inc. dba Yuzu Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI video generation software-as-a-service platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

‍1. Service DescriptionYuzu Labs provides an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create, edit, and produce video content using artificial intelligence technology. Our Service is provided on a subscription basis as software-as-a-service (SaaS).

2. Acceptance of TermsBy creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yuzu Labs.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Yuzu Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.4 License to Operate Service By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

‍7.1 AI-Generated Content DisclosureYou acknowledge that content created through our Service is generated using artificial intelligence. You may be required by law to disclose the AI-generated nature of content in certain contexts.
7.2 Biometric and Likeness RightsYou represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions and releases for any person's likeness, voice, or biometric data used in content creation.
7.3 Deepfake and Synthetic Media LawsYou agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding synthetic media, including laws that may require disclosure of AI-generated content.

‍8.1 Data Processing Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Content Processing We may process your uploaded content to provide the Service, including for AI model training and improvement purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

‍9.1 Service Availability We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9.2 Service Modifications We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.
9.3 Beta FeaturesWe may offer beta or experimental features that are provided "as-is" and may be modified or removed at any time.

11.2 Total Liability Cap Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

‍13.1 Termination by You You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or contacting us.

13.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination: Your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may download your content for a limited time period. We may delete your account and content after a reasonable period.

‍14.1 Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Arbitration Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14.3 Class Action Waiver You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

‍15. Export Control You acknowledge that the Service may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and not to export or re-export the Service to prohibited countries or persons.

18.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
